Sustainability is no longer a side issue

We carefully separate our waste and make sure plastic does not end up with general waste. But if we are honest, we still do not think about it enough. We are talking about sustainability and circular working.

In our work, however, we see the opposite happening.
The demand for sustainable solutions is increasing rapidly.
Projects are focusing less on purchase price alone and more on lifespan and reusability.

And not without reason: according to Rabobank, the construction sector is responsible for approximately 40% of global CO2 emissions and 33% of all waste. As a result, major investors and clients are increasingly imposing strict CO2 requirements.
Those who do not meet them are simply excluded from selection.
Plastic solutions are playing an increasingly important role in this.

Modern ground protection mats and outrigger pads are increasingly being produced from recycled materials, without compromising load-bearing capacity or reliability.

At ATS Rijplaten, we are actively committed to this as well.
Our A-grade plastic ground protection mats are made from 100% recycled material and certified for quality, safety, and sustainability, including full insight into the CO2 footprint.

Sustainability is therefore no longer a side issue.
It is becoming a strategic choice for controlling costs, deployment, and continuity.
